Well this review is a little overdue. Brad did several small jobs for me in my condo a few weeks ago and did wonderful work he was professional, affordable, and polite. Brad assembled and installed a floating desk, did some patching, painting and installed and new front door threshold.

Brad did a great job on installing a storm door. There are not a lot of these doors installed in California, but he did a great job. Our home didn't have the exact fit for the door so Brad was able to customize our doorway to fit the door. He was also able to secure a hanging ceiling door that had become loose. One section of the vinyl fence on the side of our house fell down. I live close to Brad and he saw me struggling with my hose while watering my lawn. The old plywood extension in front of my two storage sheds was a very bad need of repair and replacement; the wood in places was about ready to give way if you walked on it. I went on Yelp and did some research on finding a handyman, saw Brad's reviews and decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. He responded quickly, arrived on time for both the estimate and the work and completed the job in just a little over two hours. He didn't leave a mess either, he cut the old wood into pieces that I could put into my trashcan. Which was an added plus. I will definitely contact him again.

I'm installing large rugs in the bedrooms of my house, and I needed someone to cut an inch off the bottom off several doors and closets to accommodate the thick rugs. I'm so happy my husband found Brad to help us install some security doors in our house. Brad is very reliable and he makes sure the job gets done. He fixed the dry wood rot on all the window sills. Removed bad wood and sanded and prepared area for new wood moulding. Caulked and sealed the area and any cracks found around the windows. He primed the areas and painted the new wood that was added. He also repaired some paint peeling above garage door and the wood siding on the front of the house. Primed and painted and caulked those areas too. Brad is very detailed and knows what he is doing. He cleaned up as he went. His work was excellent and very happy with is work. I plan on calling him again when i have another project. So glad he came out quickly and i got the windows properly sealed before rainy season. Thank you Brad!

We saved a lot of money and frustration by hiring Brad to install a new interior door. We had originally considered doing the project ourselves but felt overwhelmed starting with the door needing trimming to fit. Put out a few requests on Yelp for handyman bids and received Brad's first at a quote of "estimate less than $200." Quotes came in later from others at $275, $300 and $350. Brad showed up on time with all the tools he needed to trim the door and install it. He brought a face mask. Took 2 hours. He swept the floor of debris.

He charged us $185 but we paid him $225 because we were so pleased with the result. Plus, now we can return all those tools we didn't need to use ourselves for this job. And with this door installed, we can keep our toddler downstairs with his grandparents while we work from home upstairs, LOL!!!

Most businesses/handymen gave outrageous quotes before taking a look or asking for pictures.
